This Seeking Tech guide will explain how you can get the Mama Said trophy and achievement in the Master Collection version of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.
To get this, you will need to “CQC Slam a guard and knock him out.”
Before doing anything else, make sure Snake is either not equipped with any weapon, or using any of the following weapons that enable CQC:
- Mk.22
- M1911A1
- EZ Gun
Once you are sure that you can use CQC, get close to an enemy. While you are next to each other, hold the circle button (if you are playing with a PlayStation controller) while also tilting the left analog stick in any direction at the same time to perform a CQC Slam.

Make sure to hold the circle button while tilting the left analog simultaneously. Otherwise, Snake may perform another action instead of a CQC Slam.
