This Seeking Tech guide will explain how you can unlock the Like He Doesn’t Care trophy and achievement in the Master Collection version of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.
To get this, you need to “hold up an enemy.”
In order to do so, sneak up on an enemy until you get close behind him. You can use the directional pad to mute your steps so that you can get closer.
Once you get close, point your weapon at the enemy. When Snake yells “Freeze!”, make sure you have facing the enemy face-to-face to unlock this trophy and achievement. Below is a video you can use as a reference:
If Snake isn’t yelling “Freeze!”, then you may not be close enough to the enemy, then you may not be close enough to the enemy.
