This Seeking Tech guide will explain how you can get the Mama Said trophy and achievement in the Master Collection version of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.
To unlock this, you will need to “CQC Slit an enemy’s throat.”
To start off, you should make sure Snake is either not equipped with any weapon, or using any of the following weapons that enable CQC:
- Mk.22
- M1911A1
- EZ Gun
Next, get close to an enemy and hold the circle button (if you are using a PlayStation controller) to grab him. Do not move the left analog stick when you hold the circle button; otherwise, you will end up performing a CQC Slam instead.
With the enemy held, press the triangle button to slit. By doing so, the trophy and achievement should be unlocked.
