How to find missing Diablo IV microtransaction unlocks

In Diablo 4, you can purchase the following microtransactions:

  • Crypt Hunter Pack
  • 200 Platinum Pack
  • 500 Platinum Pack
  • 1000 Platinum Pack
  • 2800 Platinum: 2500 + 300 Platinum Bonus Pack
  • 5700 Platinum: 5000 + 700 Platinum Bonus Pack
  • 11500 Platinum: 10000 + 1500 Platinum Bonus Pack

If these DLC packs aren’t showing up in your Blizzard.net account after you made your purchase, then you can take a look at this troubleshooting article from Seeking Tech to see how you can properly get the content you paid for.

Based on our experience, the microtransactions won’t be unlocked if you bought the DLC with the game still opened or suspended. In this case, you will have to close Diablo IV and then open it again. Once you are able to log into your account, you should be able to find your downloadable content.

On the PlayStation 5, you can restart by pressing and holding the PS button to go to the home screen. From there, move the cursor over to the Diablo IV icon and then press the Options button. Afterwards, select the Close Game option. Once the game has closed, open it again. Alternatively, you can also simply restart your console.

On the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, you need to press the Xbox logo button to open the quick menu. From there, move the cursor to the Diablo IV icon and then press the Menu button. Finally, select Quit. A simple console restart will not work for the Xbox Series consoles as the game will be put in the Quick Resume queue. Instead, you have to manually quit the game before you can open it again.

When it comes to the Diablo 4 Crypt Hunter Pack, it is important to note that you won’t be able to access the Liath Icehowl mount until you unlock the ability to ride mounts in the campaign.

Furthermore, you won’t be able to share your DLC with other players. Instead, these unlocks will only appear on the Blizzard.net account used to make the purchase. The other player will have to make their own purchases if they want the same extra content in the action RPG.

If your microtransaction unlocks are still missing from your account, then we recommend that you contact the Blizzard Support team. Make sure you have a copy of your receipt ready just in case they need proof of purchase.
