Base Game

The Standard and Deluxe Edition comes with the base game, which is a full remake of the acclaimed Resident Evil 4. The original was first released in 2005 for the Nintendo Gamecube and has since been ported over to multiple platforms.

The remake is currently being released for the PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X.

The Resident Evil 4 Deluxe Edition comes with two additional pre-order bonuses.

One of which is the Classic Attaché Case, which increases the drop rate of gun powder in the game.

The other bonus is the Green Herb Charm, which increases the amount of health being restored when using a green herb.

Extra DLC Pack

By getting the deluxe edition of this game, you will also receive the Resident Evil 4 Extra DLC Pack.

This bundle includes the Casual and Romantic couple costumes for both Leon and Ashely. Moreover, you will receive the Hero and Villian costumes for Leon, which also features the Hero and Villian filters that will add a specialized color filter to the graphics. One last cosmetic item is the Sporty Sunglasses Leon Accessory.

In terms of gameplay, this DLC pack contains the Sentinel Nine handgun and Skull Shaker shotgun. Furthermore, you will get an expanded treasure map that will show off more treasure locations when compared to the normal one you find in the game.

Last but not least, you will also be able to swap out the soundtrack and sound effects of the Resident Evil 4 Remake with the music tracks and sounds from the original Resident Evil 4.
