When trying to open the Camera app of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 Camera, you may get several error messages.
To see how you can fix problems with not being able to use the camera application on this tablet, you can take a look at this troubleshooting guide from Seeking Tech.
1. The first step we recommend taking it is to check the battery life of your Samsung Galaxy Tab A8.
The front and rear cameras will take up a lot of hardware resources on your tablet; therefore, you need to have sufficient battery capacity to be able take pictures and/or record videos.
If you have very little battery life remaining, then you might not be able to use the Camera app. In that is the case, then you need to recharge your tablet. After recharging the device, you can try to open the application again.
2. If recharging your battery does not work, then you can take a look at how much free space you have left on the internal storage of your phone.
If you are close to using the entire storage, then we recommend deleting some files in order to be able to open the Camera app of the Galaxy Tab A8.
To delete files, you can take the following steps:
- Open the Settings app on your tablet.
- From the front page of Settings, go to “Battery and device care.”
- You then need to select “Storage.”
- In the next screen, you should be able to find apps and files that you are able to delete in order to free up space on the internal storage.
You can also transfer files to a microSD card if you have one installed on the tablet.
