If your trophies aren’t being counted for PlayStation Stars, then this Seeking Tech guide will provide a few potential fixes.
Before we start, it is important to note that only uncommon trophies are eligible for the rewards program. These refer to trophies that are earned by less than 50% of the player base. The ones that are earned by 50% or more players are categorized as common and therefore won’t be counted.
To find the trophy rarity for a game, go to Profile > Trophies on the PS5 home screen, or go to Trophies on the PS4 home screen.
If you are sure that your uncommon trophies aren’t getting counted, then you can try synching your trophies. In order to do so, press the Options button on the DualSense or DualShock 4 controller while you are in the Trophies menu of your console. Afterwards, select Sync with PlayStation Network.
Hopefully, syncing your trophies will get them to register for PlayStation Stars.
