Tilting Tiles: Fires of Industry on PS5 Pro – Mini Review After Getting Platinum Trophy

I recently played through Tilting Tiles: Fires of Industry on a PlayStation 5 Pro, thanks to a review copy provided by TreeFall Studios L.L.C.

You can find my full, no-commentary, platinum-trophy playthrough below:

You can also read my quick impressions of the game below:

Pros:

  • Creative puzzles.
  • Retry button that puts you right back into the action.
  • Atmospheric music.

Cons:

  • Only one camera angle.

Overall:

Tilting Tiles: Fires of Industry is a puzzle game where you move a red grid around a small map to collect blue crystals. You only have a limited amount of moves along with a smaller number of special moves (like being able to dash and go horizontally).

The puzzles in this are really creative and will take some time to work through. Thankfully, there is a retry button you can press to restart the puzzle instantly.

While the game may not be a looker, it gets the job done. The industrial-sounding background music also adds to the atmosphere.

The only real negative is the lack of multiple camera angles. This makes it hard to judge where the red grid will be going. Not to mention, some of the blue crystals are really obscured from view.

Still, Tilting Tiles: Fires of Industry is a still a fun and inexperience game if you are into the puzzle-solving genre.
