This video compares the full chase sequence in Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater (Master Collection).
Both games were captured running on a PlayStation 5 Pro console.

Aside from the graphics, the main difference between the two is that Metal Gear Solid Delta added the Ga-ko duck collectible. So, can hunt down both the Ga-ko, as well as the Kerotan (which was in the original version fo the game), during the chase.
