This Seeking Tech tutorial will explain how you can get the Ralph Called trophy and achievement in the Master Collection version of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.
For this to unlock, you need to “make Snake throw up.”
The easiest way to do so is to first open the Cure menu. From there, hold the right analog stick to either the left or right direction for around a minute to spin Snake around.
Afterwards, exit the menus to go back into the game. If you did the previous steps correctly, then Snake will throw up. You can check out the video below to see how it’s done:
