This Seeking Tech tutorial will explain how you can unlock the “I Can Totally See You” trophy and achievement in the Master Collection version of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.
This will unlock when you “achieve a camouflage index of +90%.”

You can get this as soon as you grab your backpack at the beginning of the game. Afterwards, change your face camouflage to Woodland and uniform camouflage to Leaf.
You can then go into a prone position while in high grass to get a camouflage index of +90%.
