This Seeking Tech tutorial will show you how to get the Cover-to-Cover Solid 3: Book Eater trophy and achievement in the Master Collection version of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.
To unlock this, you need to “read all the pages in the Screenplay Book.”
From the game selection screen, select the Screenplay Book. Afterwards, keep pressing R1 (if you are using the PlayStation controller) to flip pages until you get to the very last page.
If the trophy or achievement hasn’t been unlocked yet, exit the Screenplay Book and then select it again in the menu. I was able to unlock it with this method.
