Trophy Guide and Road Map:

To unlock all the trophies in Kinki Spiritual Affairs Bureau, all you need to do is beat the game. This can be done in any difficulty setting, which you can change in the pause menu at any time.

You can find my mini review of Kinki Spiritual Affairs Bureau below:

Pros:

  • Intense third-person shooting combat.
  • Compelling and meaningful story with a lot of twists.

Cons:

  • Camera can be problematic indoors.

Overall:

Kinki Spiritual Affairs Bureau is a third-shooter set in Japan. As part of an agency, your job is to take out illegal spirits that haunt the countryside.

While the story starts out campy, it quickly grows into something more serious. Even with some dark humor, the plot ends up quite compelling and quite meaningful with a lot of themes that are relevant in today’s society.

Not to mention that a lot of the characters are quite well-liked. So, although the story scenes can be quite long, the plot is one of the strongest points of Kinki.

In terms of gameplay, the game does a great job mixing different scenarios to keep the third-person combat fresh. You go from fighting in a graveyard, to defending a town, to infiltrating an enemy complex, and more.

A lot of these sections can be quite intense, with enemies rushing towards you as you try to survive. If you find the action to be too tough, then you can turn down the difficulty. If you want more intense combat, then you can increase it as well.

Overall, Kinki Spiritual Affairs Bureau is an extremely fun third-person survivor-horror shooter with a surprisingly deep plot. Make sure you don’t miss out on this hidden gem.
