If you think the flickering issues is related to your HDMI connection, you can try using a different HDMI cable. We recommend using a HDMI 2.1 cable if possible if you want to take full advantage of these 2021 Samsung 4K TVs.
If switching out the HDMI cable does not work, you can try disabling the Input Signal Plus feature. To do so, you need to do the following:
1. Press the Home button on your TV remote.
2. Select Settings in the menu.
3. Select General.
4. Select External Device Manager.
5. Select Input Signal Plus on the HDMI port that is connected to the device that is experiencing flickering issues.
6. Set the Input Signal Plus setting to “Off.”
You can also leave the Input Signal Plus setting to “On” and try changing the settings through the connected devices instead. If the device you are having issues with is a PlayStation 5 or PlayStation 5 Digital Edition, then you can follow the steps in this tutorial.
If you are trying to connect your TV to a computer, make sure that the resolution matches.
