1. If you purchase the physical version of Resident Evil 4 Remake, then you should check your receipt or email to see if there is a code that you can use to redeem the DLC from the PlayStation Store or Xbox Store.
2. If you can’t seem to find a voucher for the physical version, then you should contact the seller to see if you are able to get one.
3. If you bought Resident Evil 4 Remake digitally, then the DLC may not have been downloaded to your console.
On the PlayStation 5 or PlayStation 5 Digital Edition console, you can go to the home screen menu. From there, move the cursor over to the Resident Evil 4 icon and then tap the Options button on the DualSense. In the pop-up menu, you need to select Manage Game Content. You should then be able to download the DLC from there.
If the game can’t be found in the home screen, then you need select Game Library. From there, move the cursor over to Resident Evil 4 Remake icon, press the Options button on the controller and then select Manage Game Content.
If you purchase the game on the Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S console, then you need to move the cursor over to the game in the home screen (or in the My games & apps > Games menu) and then select Manage game and add-ons. In the Manage – Resident Evil 4 menu, select the top option on the right side. You should then be able to find and download your DLC in the next screen by selecting the content you want to download and then the “Save Changes” option.
4. If the Manage Game Content menu on PS5 or Manage – Resident Evil 4 menu on Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S does not show the DLC you are looking for, then we recommend contacting the PlayStation or Xbox support team to get your issues sorted out.
