This Seeking Tech guide will show you how to find and defeat Intangir in Final Fantasy VI Pixel Remaster.
To locate this enemy, you need to fly your airship to a small island in the northeast corner of the World of Balance. You will be able to find it as a rare encounter in a small patch of forest. This enemy will disappear in the World of Ruin.
Before you start the fight, I recommend that you have Cyan, Edgar and Sabin in your party. The remaining empty spot is up to you.
The fourth party member should have the Stop magic spell. Someone in your party should also have the Cura and Shell spells as well.
In terms of equipment, you should use the best weapon and armor available. For accessories, use Hermes’ Sandals and Angel Rings if possible.
When it comes to the actual fight, Intangir will only counterattack. So, you should use the first part of the fight to protect everyone with Shell.
Once you have protection set up, you should have the fourth party member use Stop on the enemy. Afterwards, use Fang for Cyan, Drill for Edgar and Meteor Strike for Sabin.
The enemy will eventually counter with a Meteor attack, and then turn invisible again. After this attack, you should heal your party to full health. You can then repeat the process of using Stop and then attacking.
The enemy will cast one last Meteor attack when it gets defeated. So, make sure that your party is at full health every time before an attack.
