Before we start, it should be noted that Roblox started out on the PC; therefore, the user interfaces for a lot of the games are based on using a mouse or keyboard. So, using a DualShock 4 or DualSense can be very cumbersome.
In order to close pop-ups, you have to bring up the Game Toggle Menu. This will let you switch the controls from gameplay to menu navigation. In order to do so, press down on the touch pad of your DualSense or DualShock 4 controller.
You should now be able to move around the menus. The navigation is either done with a big circle (similar to a mouse cursor) or from teleporting from one selectable area in the menu to another.
Either way, you should be able to close the pop-ups after you gain control of menu navigation.
