In order to change the graphics mode for Forza Horizon 5 from the main menu on the Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X, you can do the following:

1. If you are already playing Forza Horizon 5, then you need to exit the game. In order to do so, first press the Xbox button on your controller to open the Guide menu.

2. In the Guide menu, scroll down to Forza Horizon 5.

3. With Forza Horizon 5 highlighted, press the Menu button.

4. In the pop-up menu, select Quit.

5. Launch Forza Horizon 5.

6. After launching the game, press the X button to open the Accessibility/Settings menu from the startup screen.
