After the story sequence, you should attack Gorleo with Cyc. If you need to heal, you can use Dei. You then need to attack its legs and wings with Cyc to exploit his weakness.
When Gorleo starts to heal itself, use Cyc on the Apples. Eventually, Gallica will offer to knock down the apples. Accept the offer and then keep using Cyc to end the fight.
