This Seeking Tech tutorial will explain how you can kill Chunk as Grace in Resident Evil Requiem. Doing so will unlock the Grace and Goliath trophy/achievement.
Method 1:
If you want to kill him with a gun, then you will need a lot of ammo.
Once you are ready, have him chase you to the Lead Researcher’s Office. He would get stuck at the door, giving you plenty of time to unload on his head at a safe distance. When he leaves, go back outside the hallway to lure him back into the Lead Researcher’s Office. Rinse and repeat until he dies.

Method 2:
You can also kill Chunk with three Hemolytic Injector. To do so, lore him downstairs into the Waiting Room. From there, wait until he gets tired of trying to fit through the door and decides to walk away. You can then go into the hallway and inject him from behind before quickly returning to the Waiting Room. Repeat these steps two more times to kill him.
