This Seeking Tech tutorial will explain how you can stop the bulldozer in Resident Evil Requiem.
When the bulldozer first appear, you should run all the way to the opposite end. There you can find a crate that contains some handgun ammo if you need it.
Next, you need to shoot at the drive of the bulldozer twice. Once to break the glass and again to kill the driver. The bulldozer should then stop at the van. Climb over it to exit the garage.
