Hextreme Void: Trophy Guide & Mini Review

I recently got a chance to play through Hextreme Void, thanks to a review copy provided by eastasiasoft.

You can find my complete platinum trophy video walkthrough for the game below:

Trophy Tips:

  • In the Upgrade menu that appears when you level up, focus on getting the Coin Multiplier. If it isn’t available, then focus on the Max Ball and Ball Speed powerups.
  • In the Ball Upgrades menu after you complete a run, upgrade the Starting Balls first. Once it maxed out, upgrade Max Balls once to unlock more upgrades for Starting Balls.
  • Once you max out both Starting Balls and Max Balls, focus on Speed and Damage. You don’t need any other permanent stat upgrades.

You can check out my mini review of Hextreme Void below:

Pros:

  • Relaxing and satisfying.
  • Easy trophies.

Cons:

  • None

Overall:

Hextreme Void is a game where you watch a bunch of balls hitting different targets. The only control you have is selecting which upgrades to grab when you level up.

The game offers five voids, each with 50 levels each. You have a time limit to complete all 50 levels in every void. If you don’t, then you have to start over from the first level of the void.

Although it seemed difficult at first, you can make subsequent run a lot easier and faster with the Ball Upgrades menu. If you have enough coins, then you can increase the starting balls, maximum balls, ball speed, ball damage, and more. By upgrading the right stats, you can easily breeze through all the levels.

Overall, Hextreme Void is a pretty relaxing puzzle game where you watch your balls hit their targets. Even if you fail a run, you get plenty of coins to buy permanent upgrades, which makes the next run more efficient.
