This Seeking Tech guide will show you how to cancel your PlayStation Plus Essential, PlayStation Plus Extra, PlayStation Plus Deluxe or PlayStation Plus Premium subscription on your PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 4 Pro consoles.
1. For the first step, you need to head over to the cancellation screen. There are two ways to do so on the PlayStation 4.
The first is to open the PlayStation Plus App and then select More > Manage Subscription.
The second is to go to the Settings menu of the console and then select Account Management > Account Information > Subscriptions > PlayStation Plus.
2. You then need to select Cancel Subscription and then Confirm Cancellation.
3. You should then see a screen where PlayStation will ask you to provide a reason for your cancellation. This is completely optional, so you can skip it and select Cancel Subscription.
