To unlock this, you need to first beat the game. After rolling credits, the Speedway Galaxy should unlock along with the Building Speed level.
You then need to beat the Blue Bird to the stage exit in order to unlock the trophy. This bird is extremely slow, so you don’t have to be hurried when running through the level.
