Along with running at a higher resolution, Quality Mode also features better lighting, which is apparent when you look at the mirror and water reflection. On the other hand, Performance Mode runs at a smooth 60 frames per second as opposed to 30.
At launch, The Sinking City 2 does not support PSSR.
