I recently got a chance to try out Shika-Q on the PlayStation 5 Pro, thanks to a review copy provided by AGNI-FLARE.

Pros:
- Addicting competitive puzzler.
- Fantastic soundtrack.

- Lack of single player content.
Overall:
Shika-Q is a puzzle game where you and your opponent share the same playing field. To attack your opponent, you use Tetris blocks to create squares that are at least 2×2 in size. Once you do, a countdown will start before the attack starts.
Once the timer begins, your opponent can stop the incoming attack by placing an adjacent block, converting some of your blocks to theirs. Of course, you can return the favor as well.
If you take enough damage, you will unlock a special move that will allow you to destroy a large portion of the map.
Shika-Q is quite a fun and addicting puzzle game with infinite possibilities as no round will play out exactly the same. The vocal-heavy soundtrack is also excellent, giving the game a ton of personality and identity.
The only real downside is that the single-player is pretty lacking as you are limited to playing a versus match versus the computer and a survival mode.
On the other hand, the game supports local and online multiplayer. In fact, there is a rather substantial competitive scene.
Overall, if you are a fan of competitive puzzle games, then Shika-Q should be right up your alley.
