Step 1: Have at least one Transfusion Bag in your inventory.
Step 2: Make a manual save.
Step 3: Use the Transfusion Bag. If your Blood Collector is full, craft an item first.
Step 4: Reload the manual save.
Step 5: Repeat the Transfusion Bag and reload cycle to unlock Bloodlust.
