This tutorial will explain how you can beat the Flaming Chainsaw Zombie at the Gas Station without taking damage in Resident Evil Requiem.

After picking up the gas canister, a regular chainsaw zombie will pop out of the closet on your way back. Quickly dispose of it with a shotgun to the head, pick up the chainsaw and then kill the other zombie in the closet.
Afterwards, quickly switch to your handgun, which should drop the chainsaw in the closet. You can then open the door that leads back to the gas station. Shoot the red canister that is being carried by a zombie and then head back inside.
There should be another zombie trying to pick up the chainsaw you just dropped. Kill it quickly and then wait for the other zombies to come. They will all try to grab the chainsaw, so shoot them in the head when they are distracted.
Once you take care of the regular zombies, the Flaming Chainsaw Zombie. If you stay inside the building when he appears, you can simply snipe him as he slow walks to you.
You can kill him at long distance or finish him off with a chainsaw duel. Keep in mind that he can one-hit kill you if you decide on a chainsaw-only fight; so, you might want to damage him a little bit from long distance first.
