This video measures the frame rate of the Resident Evil 2 remake running in High Frame Rate mode on the PlayStation 5 Pro console. When enabled, the ray tracing effect is disabled.
The measurement is done using the LG B4 television’s FPS counter. You can find the results below:
As you can see, Resident Evil 2 was able to maintain a perfect 120 frames per second during gameplay. It only dropped briefly during the elevator cutscene.
