This Seeking Tech guide will show you how to get the Hole-y Trinity trophy and achievement in Mouse P.I. for Hire.
To do so, you need to “Kill 3 enemies with one shot.”

To do this early in the game at The Vanishing Act level, go to where you get to use an explosive barrel for the first time.
From there, lure the enemies close to the barrel and then shoot at the barrel. If you mess up, reload and try again. It may take several attempts to get it right.
