This Seeking Tech tutorial will show you how to unlock the Cinephile trophy and achievement guide in Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater.
To do so, you need to “listen to Para-Medic talk about movies after you save.”
For the first step, make sure you are not in a boss fight, caution status or alert status. You can then hold the down directional pad button to open the Radio menu. From there, create a manual save.
Afterwards, the trophy and achievement should unlock when Para-Medic starts to talk about movies with Snake. You can find a video demonstration below:
