I recently got a chance to play through John Fox on the PlayStation 5 Pro, thanks to a review copy provided by Ratalaika Games.

Trophy Tips:
- During the Tunnel stage, make sure you get run over by the train to unlock the Rail Roaded trophy.
- You should unlock the rest of the trophies naturally by getting to the Floor 1 stage, which is around 2/3rds of the game.

Pros:
- John Wick inspired beat-em-up.
- Heart pumping soundtrack.
Local co-op support.
Cons:
- Gameplay may be too basic for some players.
Overall:
John Fox is a beat em up that takes a look of inspiration from John Wick. The game even starts out with the main character’s pet getting killed, setting him up on a violent revenge journey.
You only have one regular attack, which is the sword slash. There are opportunities where the enemies will drop a gun, which you can use to deal a lot of damage before running out of bullets.
While the limited move sets and lack of enemy variety may be too basic for some players, I found the game quite enjoyable from beginning to end. It also helps that the soundtrack is very good and will keep your heart pumping throughout.
While John Fox only took me around half an hour to finish, it does offer a Boss Rush and Survival Mode after you beat the game. Of course, you can also play the game in local co-op.
Although simple, John Fox is still a pretty fun beat-em-up that is worth playing, especially if you are a John Wick fan.
