What types of tethering do the Galaxy Tab S8, S8+ and S8 Ultra support?
The Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab S8 Plus and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra will support the following tethering types:
The Bluetooth Tethering type will connect the other device to your tablet via Bluetooth in order to gain internet access.

How to use Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, S8+ and S8 Ultra for internet tethering
In order to use your Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ or Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra as an internet tether, you need to take the following steps:
1. To begin, make sure that you connect the other device to your S8, S8 Plus or S8 Ultra tablet.
If you are using Bluetooth Tethering, then you need to connect the other device to your tablet over the Bluetooth connection. If you are experiencing issues trying to do so, then you can take a look at this troubleshooting guide.
If you are using USB Tethering, then you need to connect the other device to your Samsung tablet via a compatible USB cable.
If you are using Ethernet Tethering type, then you need to plug the USB Type-C end of the USB Type-C to Ethernet Adapter to your Samsung tablet. Next, you need to use the Ethernet cable to connect the Ethernet port of the adapter to the Ethernet port of the other device.
2. Once the tablet and the other device has been connected, you then need to open the Settings App on your Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab S8 Plus or Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra.
3. Inside of Settings, you need to go to Connections.
