To unlock this, you need to meet the following requirements: “As Murray, reach the room inside the tower in Episode 4: A Cold Alliance.”

The tower is located to the left when you exit the safe house.
To reach its top level, you first need to head to the cliff across the water.
Once you get there, turn into a ball and then bounce on the buildings on your way to the tower. You should be able to build up enough momentum to reach the fourth floor of the tower.
The trophy should unlock when you enter the entrance.
