For this to unlock, you need to complete the Tower of Alsace. This free stage will be available after the 22nd Stage of the campaign.
This level is limited to three party members with Colet being one of them. Rose is extremely helpful here as she can set up ladders as well. Make sure you bring some magic spells as the crows here can easily evade normal physical attacks.
If you have been leveling Colet, then you shouldn’t have any problems completing this stage.
