Make sure you have the ball gadget equipped in Episode 2.
To hurt an enemy with it, you need to turn into a ball. Afterwards, build up some speed and then press square to create a barrier. You should then be able to run over the enemy until they are defeated.
Keep in mind that the death won’t count if the enemy dies by falling off the environment, so you need to pay attention to your surroundings.
To make things easier, try to target single enemies that are isolated from the rest of the group. Fighting multiple enemies makes it harder to attack when using the ball.
The trophy should unlock when you beat the fifth enemy with the ball.
