How to quickly request a PSN refund from the PlayStation App

This Seeking Tech article will show you how to easily and quickly request a refund from the PlayStation Store by using the PlayStation Store mobile application.

Step 1: Open the PS App and then sign into your PSN account.

Step 2: Tap the shopping bag icon to open the PlayStation Store.

Step 3: Tap the hamburger icon.

Step 4: Tap Transaction History.

Step 5: Select the transaction with the product you want to refund.

Step 6: Tap Request Refund.
