This Seeking Tech guide will show you how to easily request a refund for a PSN purchase (digital game, DLC, subscription, etc) you made on the PlayStation Store.
In order to do so, follow the steps in the video and text guide below:
Step 1: Go to PlayStation Store Request Refund website: https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/store/ps-store-refund-request/
Step 2: Sign in to your PSN account.
Step 3: Check refund eligibility.
Step 4: Click on Request a Refund, and then Transaction History (or you can go here: http://playstation.com/refund)
Step 5: Click on transaction with the product you want refunded.
Step 6: Click on Request Refund.
