1. The first step we recommend taking is to make sure that your QN85B or QN90B is properly plugged into the power outlet.
2. You can also try using a different power outlet to see if the random shut downs are still occurring.
3. Moreover, you need to make sure that Sleep Timer isn’t being used. This feature will automatically shut down your QN85B or QN90B at a set time of the day.
In order to disable it, you need to take the following steps:
- Press the home button on the remote for your television set.
- Select Menu.
- Select Settings.
- Select All Settings.
- Select General & Privacy.
- Select System Manager.
- Select Time.
- Select Sleep Timer.
- Lastly, make sure that Sleep Timer is turned off.
4. Auto Power Off may also be causing your Samsung Neo QLED to turn off.
To remove this feature, you need to do the following:
- Press the home button on the remote controller of your TV set.
- Next, you need to go to Menu.
- Go to Settings.
- Go to All Settings.
- Go to General & Privacy.
- Got to Power and Energy Saving.
- Go to Auto Power Off.
- Finally, you need to make sure that Auto Power Off is disabled.
5. The Off Timer may also be causing your Samsung QN85B or QN90B to seemingly shut down at random.

- Start by pressing the home button on the remote of your Samsung TV.
