How to fix pixel and line issues with the Alienware AW3423DW

1. The first step you can take is to power cycle your 34” Alienware AW3423DW Curved QD-OLED Gaming Monitor. In order to do so, you can try taking the following steps:

  • Turn off the screen if you haven’t done so already.
  • After turning off the monitor, unplug the power cable from the power outlet.
  • We then recommend that you wait for at least 1 minute.
  • After waiting for a minute, plug the power cable back into the power outlet.
  • With the screen plugged back into the power, turn it on to see if you still see any dead pixels or visible lines.
