If you have Spider-Man 2 installed on your home screen, then you need to navigate over to its icon and then scroll down until you get to the add-on section. Afterwards, select the pack.
If you don’t have Spider-Man 2 on the home screen, then you need to search for it on the PlayStation Store. From the product page of Spider-Man 2, scroll down to the add-on section and then select the pack.
Once you get to the DLC page, select the Free option.
You can then be able to switch to the suits in Spider-Man 2.
