By default, motion blur, camera shake and film grain are enabled in The Last of Us Part II Remastered. If you would like to disable these visual effect features, then you can take a look at this guide from Seeking Tech to see how you take a look at this tutorial from Seeking Tech.
1. For the first step, open up the pause menu and then select Options.
2. In the Options screen, select Display.
3. Scroll down to the Effects section, where you should see the following:
Motion Blur
Camera Shake
Film Grain
By default, all three of these are set to the maximum value of 10. You can reduce them by moving the slider to the left. To completely disable each, set the value to 0.
4. The new visual effect settings should automatically be saved and applied to the game. So, you can exit the pause menu and resume playing.
