For the first enemy, wait until the spike passes you before rushing in.
For the second enemy, try to time your jump to avoid the spike. You can then hover to avoid the chain before defeating the enemy.
When dealing with the trampolines, use your shadow to determine your landing to safely navigate the electricity. Keep in mind that you can bounce in place on the same trampoline if you need to readjust.
You should then make sure you get enough height with the trampoline to defeat the swinging enemy.
The rock platforms will fall off, so you need to move quickly through these.
When dealing with another swinging enemy, bounce in place on the trampoline until you find an opening.
For the final section, running to the left should make jumping over the chain easier.
