This Seeking Tech will explain how you can beat the Rolling Rampage stage in Astro Bot. Use the following video as a reference:
The two spikes in the beginning will roll at different speeds. Wait until a spike passes in front of you before jumping to get past this section.
In the area with a bunch of spikes, you should first stay in the south. When the enemies begin to roll towards you, jump forward and then use the flower to pass over them.
On the next platform, defeat the small enemies with your spin attack.
For the next section, wait until there is an opening in between the two spikes. The two enemies should be equally far apart before you begin to slide down.
After going down, run to the right until you see a safe opening.
Once you get there, grab the flower and then wait until the spike passes you.
Afterwards, quickly run to the right again until you see the trampoline.
Wait until the spike above passes the trampoline before jumping and using the flower. Once you get above the trampoline, press Square to get rid of the flower so that you can quickly land on the trampoline before another spike comes.
For the next section, wait until the platform stops moving from one direction. When it change direction, begin your jump.
