During the first phase of the fight, he will walk towards you. Get off a couple of shots and then parry his tentacles.
Afterwards, try to create some distance so that you can shoot him from afar. If you see him ready for his tentacles, be prepared to parry.
Eventually, he may jump off to a far distance and begin to charge up. Use this opportunity to hit him with your rifle. Once he screams, start running to avoid his electric attacks. As long as you keep moving in one direction, you should be able to dodge the first and second attack.
Once he lands after the second attack, he will be stunned and vulnerable for a few seconds.
Since this is the last real challenge in the game, you may want to use your Requiem bullets if you have any left. Otherwise, use your shotgun and sniper to end the fight quickly.
If he drops a rocket launcher, pick the weapon up and shoot it at him to end the first phase immediately. Otherwise, keep shooting him until the cut scene plays.
For the second phase, you need to focus on parrying his arm to attack first. Make sure to keep your hatchet sharp, or you won’t be able to parry.
Once you have an opening, target the weak points. The darker spots take more damage, so you may want to use a more powerful weapon like the Requiem if you have any ammo left. Otherwise, the machine gun is a great weapon for the second phase.
Once you destroy all the initial weak spots, more will show up on the ground. If you have a grenade, then you can throw it in the middle to destroy all the spots immediately. Otherwise, use your machine gun to get rid of them.
Once you destroy all the weak spots on the ground, you need to repeat the cycle one more time to trigger a scene where the boss picks you up. Follow the QTE prompts to escape his grip and finish the boss once and for all.
