Before picking up the shotgun next to Chunk, try to familiarize yourself with the attic, especially the small open doorway to the right from where you enter.
Once you are ready, pick up the shotgun and then run to the open doorway. Chunk will get stuck, leaving his head exposed. Shoot your shotgun until he goes down. You should then be able to perform a melee attack when prompted.
Repeat these steps one more time to perform a second melee attack. Afterwards, quickly run to where Chunk was at the beginning of the fight and you should find some shotgun shells. Quickly grab them and then climb up the letter before dropping down the other side.
For the rest of the fight, try to lure Chunk through small doorways or higher ground. It will take some time for the boss to climb up onto higher ground, leaving him exposed for a few seconds.
Eventually, he might start running at a faster speed. So, try to keep moving. You may spot a statue that you can push down. This will trip him up, leaving him vulnerable. Just make sure you aren’t on the same side as him when you push the statue down or you will get trapped.
