When trying to measure your blood oxygen level by using the Amazon Halo View, you may notice that the data is inaccurate or unavailable.
You can check out this troubleshooting guide from Seeking Tech to see how you can resolve these issues.
1. The first step we recommend taking is to make sure you are using your fitness tracker within the recommended operating temperature range of 0°C to 35°C (or 32°F to 95°F). This is because the environmental temperatures could lead to inaccurate blood oxygen level tracking.
To find out more about how to prevent temperature-related issues with the Halo View, you can check out this guide.
2. Moreover, you can try to restart Halo View by doing the following:
- Press the home button on the display of the fitness tracker.
- On the home screen, swipe downwards from the top.
- Select Settings.
- Select Restart.
3. You can also try charging the batteries of your tracker if it is low on battery life.
4. You should make sure that your Amazon Halo View is properly fitted to your wrist as well.
The band should be at least one finger width below your wrist. The tracker should also fit snugly but not too tight.
You can refer to the Band Guide in the Amazon Halo mobile app to find the best way to wear this fitness tracker.
5. Before starting the blood oxygen level analysis, you should make sure you are within your normal heart rate range.
6. Furthermore, you should be sitting down with your wrist rested on a table at around your chest level in terms of height.
7. When you start the blood oxygen check, remain still for up to 30 seconds as even small movements could throw off the tracking of your Amazon Halo View.
