I recently got a chance to play Blaster Force 3000, thanks to a review copy provided by Ratalaika Games.
You can find my platinum trophy walkthrough below:
Trophy Guide and Road Map:
In order to unlock all the trophies, you need to complete the first 16 levels. Along the way, make sure you die once and kill at least 30 enemies in total.
You can find my impressions of Blaster Force 3000 below:
Pros:
- Level-based retro shooter.
- Intense combat that requires use of angle and quick reflexes.
Cons:
- None.
Overall:
Blaster Force 3000 is a retro-inspired first-person shooter. Through 36 levels, your goal is to survive as you make your way to the exit wrap.
You are only limited to using the one weapon available in the stage. Not to mention that there is no way to heal.
Fortunately, the levels are pretty short. So, even though the maze-like designs can get confusing, they never really felt disorienting to navigate.
Every 6 levels, you get to switch to a new weapon. The game will also change locations and offer a few twists along the way, adding some freshness to the gameplay.
If you get frustrated with classic FPS games like Doom and Wolfenstein due to constantly getting lost, then the short level-based structure of Blaster Force 3000 should appeal to you more. So, make sure to check it out.
