A vast majority of trophies are tied to expanding and upgrading your buffet.
Try to prioritize hiring employees whenever possible.
When upgrading stats for yourself and your employees, prioritize stack size first.
For the Make It Rain trophy, stand under a money cloud when it appears to make case drop down in the dining area. This is also the best way to make money.
For the Plate Hoarder trophy, you need to collect 250 dirty dishes. This should come naturally when you are going after the other trophies.
In the Tomato Collector trophy, you need to collect 100 tomatoes. For Chicken Chaser, you need to collect 100 chickens. You can easily grind for both by collecting them, dumping them in the nearby recycling bin, and then collecting them again.
The Tip Top trophy is the grindiest trophy in the game. Once the tip piggy bank has been upgraded to hold 50K, avoid steeping into its area until it completely fills up to 50K in tips. Once you unlock every other trophy, you can just stop playing and wait until the tips piled up to 50K.
Overall, it should take you around two hours to get the platinum in Buffest Boss. I messed up a little in my playthrough since I accidentally stepped on the piggy bank before it got to 50K. So, it took me around 30 minutes more.
