Pros:

PULMO is an adventure game with a unique, minimalistic presentation. You control a human in a simplistically drawn black-and-white world.
Each stage is unique, and you have to figure out the objectives on your own. In one stage, you will have to run others off the platform, while you have to dodge raining people in the other.
Despite having no story, PULMO is full of symbolic imagery about how the individual fits into a society. The stages reflect the psyche of how you might feel during different stages of your life.
Overall, PULMO is a great unique adventure game that may be emotionally uplifting if you are feeling down.
The only slight negative is that the game is short, usually taking less than one hour, with very little replay value. If the price tag is too high for you, then you can wait for a sale to get it. Even with its short length, PULMO is still well worth your time.
